The sirloin steak is lean, well-flavored and moderately tender beef with no bones and very little fat giving you a juicy, lean and delicious steak. 

Our steaks are sold in individual packs .They are 14 day aged, hand cut 1”-1.25” thick,fresh frozen and vacuum sealed. It is processed in a USDA facility, hand carved, trimmed and packed right here in our home state of Georgia.
