Our Filet is the most tender cut of beef. It is considered the king of steaks because of its melt-in-your-mouth texture. You can literally be cut with a fork. .

Our steaks are sold in individual packs .They are 14 day aged, hand cut 1”-1.25” thick,fresh frozen and vacuum sealed. It is processed in a USDA facility, hand carved, trimmed and packed right here in our home state of Georgia.
